Automated time and attendance control 
Install Artifice smart box at your client's site and the temps can register duty start and finish times using smart cards (including digital tachograph cards for HGV drivers). Smart box will communicate directly to your database ensuring that you have real time cost and compliance data. You and your clients will have real time cost reports and you will reduce your administration costs. System will manage temps supplied by your second tier agencies if you are a master or neutral vendor. 
 
Agency Worker Regulations 
Artifice® will automatically monitor temp work history including term of assignment. The system will ensure you and your client always have real time visibility of qualifying data. 
 
Artifice® will calculate the qualifying period per client/job function and it will automatically calculate the workers' parity for pay and benefits for assignments once the 12 week qualifying period is achieved. 
 
Artifice® will apply holiday pay, performance bonus and meal allowance rules for each client as required. 
 
If you are supplying temps under Swedish Derogation Model rules (PBA) - then Artifice® will monitor assignments offered to the temp, refused by the temp, temp unavailable etc. The system will ensure accurate payroll control for temps employed on such contracts and will provide you with full traceability to help you avoid discrepancies with your temps. 
 
Working Time Regulations 
Artifice® will monitor and display temp (Road Transport Directive) and Working Time records in real time. 
 
EU Drivers Hours Regulations 
Artifice® manages EU Drivers Hours Legislation and will ensure that you do cannot allocate a temp driver to a booking if they have not taken sufficient daily, weekly or two weekly rest. Also your on-site smart box will not allow a temp driver to start a duty if he/she is non-compliant. Your client will benefit because you will be helping them to protect their 'O' Licence. 
 
Health and Safety Regulations 
Risk assessments can be communicated to your temp(s) via the automated issue of the bookings confirmation form. Also you and your client can communicate health and safety briefings to the temp via the smart box ensuring that the temp(s) acknowledge receipt and that you maintain a full audit trail. 
 
Induction training monitor 
Records of all induction training can be maintained on the candidate profile and updated as and when necessary. A soft copy of induction /smart cards can be held on the system for you and your clients to see.
